It further said that <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/bhoonidhi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bhoonidhi<\/a> will continue to be the <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/data-dissemination-platform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">data dissemination platform<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;From May 1, 2024, all <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/commercial-activities\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">commercial activities<\/a> with respect to <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/irs-satellite-data\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IRS satellite data<\/a> and products would be handled by #NSIL while Bhoonidhi ( shorturl.at\/bPQ89) will continue to be the data dissemination platform,&#8221; the NSIL said in a post on &#8216;X&#8217; on Tuesday. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;As per India&#8217;s Space Policy 2023, satellite data of 5m and coarser is now free and open for all users.
