Artificial intelligence (AI) startup Yellow.ai<\/a>, on Tuesday, unveiled the Orchestrator LLM<\/a> (large language model) which combines the capabilities of 15 AI models including OpenAI<\/a>\u2019s GPT, Meta<\/a>\u2019s LLaMA<\/a>, Anthropic<\/a>\u2019s Claude for enterprise applications<\/a>.\u201cOur base model is the open source LLaMA 2B,\u201d said Rashid Khan, co-founder and chief products officer at Yellow.ai. \u201cOn top of that, we are offering model-as-a-service<\/a> on the Orchestrator platform which orchestrates across models for tasks they are best at such as GPT for reasoning and Cohere<\/a> for ranking and so on.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Orchestrator LLM addresses the problem of broken customer conversations<\/a> through accurate query identification, retention of conversation history, and context switching across channels.<\/p>\n

Enterprises do not require training the model, cutting down operational costs by 60% and boosts agent productivity<\/a> by 50%, the company said in a statement.<\/p>\n

For instance, in a sales use-case, model integration has reduced the number of interactions going to human agents by 60%, Khan said. \u201cAlso, for a two-wheeler auto company, bookings made on a went up by 15,000 for a campaign which created buzz about the vehicle.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Orchestrator LLM will further enhance these outcomes even as 60-70% workloads will be powered by YellowG LLM, the company\u2019s first model. It also launched the Komodo-7B, Indonesia\u2019s first model for customer support in 11+ regional languages.<\/p>\n

The San Mateo<\/a>, California-based customer service automation<\/a> startup serves over 1100 enterprises, including Sony<\/a>, Domino’s, Hyundai, Volkswagen, ITC Ltd, OYO, Skoda Auto, and Asian Paints.In the February-April quarter, the company has doubled it bookings in the US market. \u201cWe are currently generating $45-$50 million annual recurring revenue and inching very close to profitability,\u201d Khan said.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2016 with offices across six countries, Yellow.ai has raised over $102 million from blue-chip investors and \u201cis adequately funded at the moment,\u201d the executive said.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
