The share price of Paytm dropped by 5% on Monday as well, triggering the lower circuit.This was in response to the announcement of Bhavesh Gupta, the company&#8217;s chief operating officer and president, resigning from his position on Saturday.<br \/>Paytm<!-- --> was valued at nearly $20 billion during its initial public offering (<!-- -->IPO<!-- -->) in 2021, according to an ET report. ET reported on April 30 that the regulatory action taken against Paytm Payments Bank has completely stopped the mobile wallet business of the company, which is one of its most popular services.
