Having said that RR have lost three matches in a row and would now want to taste a win and head into the knockout stage of the competition with some momentum behind their back.<\/p>\n

RR’s Jos Buttler has flown to England ahead of the T20 World Cup 2024 and before they enter the business end, they would have to find a new opening partner for Yashasvi Jaiswal. Meanwhile, Shimron Hetmyer has also missed RR’s last few matches but an official update on his fitness is awaited.<\/p>\n

For PBKS, Kagiso Rabada and Liam Livingtone have flown back home but Sam Curran will continue to be available for selection in this game. There is no update on the niggle sustained by Shikhar Dhawan earlier in the season. Jonny Bairstow will also turn up in the Playing 11 after being confirmed that he has flown to Guwahati along with the stand-in captain Curran.<\/p>\n

As far as PBKS batting is concerned, none of their batters have scored 400 runs either this season or the last one which explains why they are lagging behind in IPL 2024. This year though Shashank Singh has been a massive positive for the franchise and currently stands at 352\u00a0 runs.<\/p>\n

With 2 matches to go will Shashank go past the 400-run mark or will RR keep him quiet on their way to a win that helps them get back on winning track before the Playoffs? We shall find out over the course of the next two hours and a bit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
