A case was registered against 51-year-old Bhinde and others for culpable homicide not amounting to murder and other relevant sections of the IPC at <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/pant-nagar-police-station\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pant Nagar police station<\/a>, stated the police<\/p>\n<p>The billboard owner is also <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/rape-accused\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rape accused<\/a> and has been penalised at least 21 times in the past for putting up illegal hoardings.
