EC sources said the two officers were being transferred as a pre-emptive measure to dispel any apprehensions of administration being biased or perceived to be compromised on account of familial ties between them and elected politicians.<br \/>EC on Thursday instructed all <!-- -->state\/UT governments<!-- --> concerned to promptly transfer non-cadre officers from their current roles as DM and
