Enel Distribuci\u00f3n, the country\u2019s electricity distributor, <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Enel_Informa_CL\/status\/1798584298590601471\" title=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">confirmed<\/a> the outage as well. The damaged tower is in the southeastern part of the city.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">Videos on social media showed a large part of the city plunging into darkness shortly after midnight.
