The probe agency stated that Kejriwal demanded kickbacks from the &#8216;South Group&#8217; in exchange for favours.<\/li>\n<li>Arvind Kejriwal is kingpin and key conspirator of Delhi liquor scam in collusion with his ministers, AAP leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Arvind Kejriwal &#8220;took advantage&#8221; of being Delhi CM to facilitate <keyword keytype=\"General\" smid=\"0\" usetype=\"2\" botkeyword=\"false\" source=\"keywords\" keywordseo=\"money-laundering\" actualkeyword=\"money laundering\">money laundering<\/keyword> by AAP, a &#8220;major beneficiary&#8221; of proceeds of crimes.<\/li>\n<li>The ED stated that the proceeds of the crime were used by the AAP to campaign in Goa before the state elections. &#8220;We have traced the proceeds of the crime and taken statements of many persons involved in the Goa election campaign,&#8221; the ED said.<\/li>\n<li>Arvind Kejriwal willfully disobeyed 9 summonses; didn&#8217;t reveal truth or gave correct facts when his statement was recorded under PMLA.<\/li>\n<li>The ED also said that Kejriwal&#8217;s key aide <keyword keytype=\"General\" smid=\"0\" usetype=\"2\" botkeyword=\"false\" source=\"keywords\" keywordseo=\"Vijay-Nair\" keynameseo=\"vijay-nair\" actualkeyword=\"vijay nair\">Vijay Nair<\/keyword>, who is AAP&#8217;s former communication head, acted as the middle man between South Group and the AAP.<\/li>\n<li>Another big charge levelled by the ED stated that they had proof that the Delhi Chief Minister used his authority to snoop on ED officials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>The lawyers for the probe agency further alleged that there is &#8220;case history of huge destruction of electronic evidence&#8221;. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Large number of phones were destroyed and formatted by the accused, making it very difficult for the investigating agency to investigate, still the investigating agency did a wonderful job to unearth,&#8221; the lawyers for ED said.<br \/><span class=\"em \">(With inputs from agencies)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><script>!(function(f, b, e, v, n, t, s) {\n    function loadFBEvents(isFBCampaignActive) {\n      if (!isFBCampaignActive) {\n        return;\n      }\n      (function(f, b, e, v, n, t, s) {\n        if (f.fbq) return;\n        n = f.fbq = function() {\n          n.callMethod ?
