Something similar happened when they lost their first match of the ongoing T20 World Cup 2024 against co-hosts USA on June 6 (Thursday).<\/p>\n

It marked one of the most surprising defeats in the history of of cricket World Cups as USA beat Pakistan in thrilling Super Over clash after the match got tied at 159 runs at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas.<\/p>\n

Following their defeat, their own fans and supporters flooded social media with reactions and memes that went viral within a short span of time. Notably, a video of a young Pakistan fan criticising the team has gone viral. In the clip, the girl condemns the team for their poor performance year after year, questioning the players’ commitment and accusing them of coming to the USA for enjoyment.<\/p>\n
