Soibam <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/saratkumar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Saratkumar<\/a> was allegedly killed and beheaded by <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/unidentified-miscreants\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">unidentified miscreants<\/a>. Sources said that Saratkumar had gone to his farmhouse located in the Jairolpokpi area of Jiribam District, which borders the Tamenglong District of Manipur. While returning from the farmhouse Saratkumar was allegedly kidnapped by miscreants.<!--\/article_liveblog.cms?msid=105115637&pos=toppotime:2-->The <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/district-magistrate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">District Magistrate<\/a> has imposed <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/prohibitory-orders\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prohibitory orders<\/a> under Section 144.
