Salman Khan<\/a> who has been allegedly receiving ongoing threats<\/a> from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang<\/a>, expressed his frustration and exhaustion while recording his statement before the crime branch. Khan stated that he feels continually targeted for a crime he claims to have already suffered from and for which he has paid the fines imposed by various courts.Lawrence Bishnoi gang has been targeting Khan since 1998 when he was accused of hunting chinkaras near Jodhpur<\/a> during a movie shoot.<\/p>\n

Mumbai crime branch, investigating the case where two shooters fired at Khan’s Bandra residence on April 13 on behalf of Bishnoi, recorded statements from Salman Khan and his brother Arbaz Khan on June 4.<\/p>\n

Two motorbike-borne men fired multiple rounds outside the actor’s residence in the early hours of April 14.<\/p>\n

The alleged shooters, Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal, were arrested from Gujarat with police claiming that the Lawrence Bishnoi<\/a> gang was behind the incident.<\/p>\n

A total of six persons were arrested in the case. One of them, Anuj Thapan, allegedly hanged himself in police lock-up on May 1.Crime branch sources say the police are in the final stages of filing a chargesheet and recorded Khan’s statement to strengthen their case.In a separate case, Navi Mumbai Police<\/a> earlier this month arrested five persons, including an alleged member of Bishnoi and Goldier Brar gangs from Haryana, in connection with a plot to attack Salman Khan.<\/p>\n

Four gang members had recced Khan’s farmhouse in Panvel, the area around his home in Bandra, and places he visited for film shooting, police had said.<\/p>\n

Lawrence Bishnoi is currently lodged in the Sabarmati Central Prison in Gujarat’s Ahmedabad in a different case.<\/p>\n
