New Delhi: In his first tour after the Lok Sabha polls<\/a>, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat<\/a> is visiting Gorakhpur<\/a>, the home district of UP CM Yogi Adityanath<\/a>. Both the leaders are likely to meet on Saturday in the backdrop of BJP<\/a>‘s poor performance in the state.<\/p>\n

RSS has also called a three-day coordination meeting of its allied organisations in Palakkad<\/a> in Kerala<\/a> from August 31 to September 2. BJP president JP Nadda<\/a> and general secretary (organisation) BL Santhosh<\/a> are expected to attend the meeting.<\/p>\n

If BJP fails to appoint a working president by then, the issue may come up for discussion at the meeting.<\/p>\n

This would be the first formal meeting between the brass of RSS and BJP after the Lok Sabha results.
