Megastar Amitabh Bachchan<\/a> is constructing a mobile platform to allow fans and well-wishers from various locations to connect with him.\u00a0The cine icon took to his daily blog and shared the details.\u00a0\u201cSunday specials were on and consumed with glee… and effort to be able to construct a platform, a mobile platform, so that the fans and well-wishers from across the location get an opportunity to see… to put wheels on it to move closer and roundabout to the well-wishers.\u201d<\/p>\n

The thespian, who meets his fans outside the gates of his Mumbai home every Sunday, shared that his initial attempt didn’t work. He said, \u201cTried, but it did not work… more effort to be put in, by the manufacturing department…!!”<\/p>\n

Big B, an avid user of social media, regularly shares updates about his work and personal life with his fans.\u00a0The actor earlier shared on his blog that he shies away from promotional work. \u201cMy presence for promotional work is one that I shy away from… but for the sake of the most humble Production team… and more particularly, a team that is run by daughters of the Head… it is a justification beyond personal choices… And…\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Speaking about his upcoming work, Amitabh is eagerly awaiting the release of his next film, Kalki 2898 AD<\/em><\/a>, directed by Nag Ashwin.<\/p>\n

The film also stars Kamal Haasan<\/a>, Prabhas<\/a>, Deepika Padukone<\/a>, and Disha Patani. Set in a post-apocalyptic world in 2898 AD and inspired by Hindu mythology, Kalki 2898 AD<\/em>\u00a0revolves around the modern-day avatar of Vishnu.\u00a0In the film, Big B will portray Ashwatthama, a strong figure from the Hindu epic Mahabharata.<\/p>\n

Kalki 2898 AD<\/em>\u00a0is slated for release on June 27.<\/p>\n
