The decision was announced by the Chief Minister on social media platform X, following a cabinet meeting held on Monday.<\/p>\n<p><!--\/article_liveblog.cms?msid=105115637&pos=toppotime:1-->&#8220;The Cabinet meeting held yesterday approved a bill to make recruitment of 100 percent Kannadigas mandatory for &#8216;C and D&#8217; grade posts in all private industries in the state,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Siddaramaiah emphasised that the bill reflects the government&#8217;s commitment to ensuring that Kannadigas have ample opportunities for employment within their state, aiming to prevent job deprivation in what he referred to as &#8216;Kannada land&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are a pro-Kannada government. Our priority is to look after the welfare of Kannadigas,&#8221; the chief minister said.
