This decision, dated March 23, follows a complaint filed by newly elected general secretary Deepak Hooda, prompting an investigation into Phogat and Suhag, the former general secretary of the District Bar Association (DBA).<br \/> Hooda&#8217;s complaint raised concerns over missing records, including the minutes book, cashbook, ledger, and cash receipts of the DBA following the elections on January 19, 2024. <br \/>Despite demands made during a general house meeting, these records were not provided. The order emphasised the obligation of outgoing DBA officials to transfer all relevant records to the newly elected body.
