It is the biggest problem and tragedy of highly qualified teachers of colleges &universities who are being paid only 20000 or 27000 per month only.This is only due to corrupt govts of past 25 to 30 years who opened private colleges and universities in spite of creating jobs for youth in and different public sectors. Good talk on the prevailing problem.

ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੌਧਰ 2150 ਮੋਟਰਾਂ ਹਨ।
ਹੈ ਬਿੱਲ 500 ਵੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਦਸ ਲੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਹਰੇਕ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ pay ਪਿੰਡ ਹੀ ਦੇ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਹੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ subsidy ਹੈ।
ਬਾਕੀ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਅੱਗੇ 10% ਹੀ ਹਨ।
