The US State Department has reiterated its stance on the matter of designated terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. Matthew Miller, the spokesperson for the department, emphasized the importance of a thorough investigation by the Government of India.
Miller stated, “We have made clear to the Government of India that we want to see them conduct a full investigation, and we continue to look forward to the results of that investigation.”
