Rajasthan Royals are nearly invincible in the ongoing IPL 2024 and their solitary defeat came at then hans of last year’s runners-up, Gujarat Titans, in a nail-biting finish. Sanju Samson’s side have won 7 matches out of their 8 matches and sit at the top of the table with 14 points and a Net Run Rate (NRR) of +0.698.
On the other hands, the topsy-turvy season of Lucknow Super Giants have started gathering some much needed momentum and pace, as the KL Rahul-led side have bounced back from their hammering defeats at the hands of Kolkata Knight Riders and Delhi Capitals by doing a double over Ruturaj Gaikwad’s Chennai Super Kings, which is a rare feet in IPL.
LSG are now 4th in the table with 5 wins and 3 losses in their 8 games, and have registered 10 points. However, the plus point for the side is that they are finally in he company of sides with positive NRR, which will be very vital in the ending stages of the league phase.
