SC refuses to entertain plea seeking removal of Arvind Kejriwal as Delhi CM
The Supreme Court on Monday rejected a petition which sought the removal of Arvind Kejriwal as the Chief Minister of Delhi, and said that it was up to the Lieutenant Governor to take a decision on the same.

“It is a matter of propriety, but there is no legal right seeking removal of Arvind Kejriwal as CM following his arrest,” a bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta said.

“It is up to the Delhi LG to act if he wants to but we will not interfere,” the SC said.
