BBC Political editor Chris Mason has asked Rishi Sunak if his manifesto for July’s general election should be renamed his “last chance saloon”.
In response, the prime minister said “we’ve been through a very difficult time as a country”, but have “now turned a corner”. The time is right, he says, “to talk about the future”.
