MUMBAI: The Competition Commission of India has approved the separation of business interests among the Godrej family members. Adi Godrej and his younger sibling Nadir Godrej, according to the April 30 family settlement pact, will receive eight entities. Their cousin, Jamshyd Godrej and his sister Smita Crishna will receive four companies.
