MUMBAI: Luxury real estate developer Ashwin Sheth Group is looking to launch a public issue over the next 18-24 months and foray into new markets. The group, which reported revenue of Rs 1,486 crore in the last financial year, plans to expand its business in the MMR region and is foraying into Bangalore, Delhi (NCR), apart from Hyderabad, Chennai and Goa.It announced a new brand identity on Tuesday.
