Muzaffarpur (Bihar): Flood situation have emerged in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur area as water level of Bagmati River has risen. Water went into the villagers’ houses, schools have been shut down and all the basic activities has been affected. Katra Circle officer Madhumita Kumari said that they are looking into the situation and will provide every necessary service to the people.
