Two days after a tragic flooding incident in Delhi’s Rajinder Nagar claimed the lives of three IAS aspirants, civic authorities have initiated bulldozer operations to clear encroachments obstructing drainage systems. The flooding occurred in a basement library, resulting in the deaths of two women, aged 25 and a 28-year-old man.
