A cloudburst in Cherwan Kangan, Ganderbal district, Jammu & Kashmir on Sunday (August 4) morning caused significant damage to paddy fields, trapped vehicles in debris, and flooded residential areas. Authorities confirmed that the overflow of a nearby canal has blocked the SSG Road at Padawbal with mud, impeding transportation. No casualties have been reported so far.
