CHENNAI: A slow first quarter and low infrastructure spend due to elections led to a 5% year-on-year growth in sales of construction equipment in Q1FY25. According to Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers’ Association, Q1FY25 saw sales of 28,902 units.
