The Telangana Crime Investigation Department (CID) registered cases against 17 private hospitals in the state on Monday for allegedly attempting to siphon off funds from the Chief Minister Relief Fund by submitting fake documents, reported ANI.
Some hospitals colluded with certain individuals to siphon off state government funds meant for the CMRF, stated the registered FIR.
