Gautam Gambhir, the head coach of the Indian men’s cricket team, was recently spotted at an airport. Notably, Team India are currently on an international break after the conclusion of the ODI series. Gambhir’s next assignment with the Men in Blue is the two-match home series against Bangladesh. Gambhir was captured by photographers outside of the airport ahead of the first Test in Bengaluru with the picture instantly breaking the internet. However, it is not yet known which airport was the ex-India cricketer clicked at.

India’s Sri Lanka Tour was a of a mixed bag as the T20I series was a successful one for Team India but when it came to the ODIs, they succumbed to a series defeat. The tour to the island nation was the first assignment of Gambhir as the head coach as he took over from  Rahul Dravid.

Rohit Sharma Spotted Sweating It Out In A Park Ahead Of IND vs BAN Tests

Meanwhile, India captain Rohit Sharma was spotted sweating it out in a park ahead of the India vs Bangladesh Tests. What stood out was the fact that he was not sweating it out in the gym but was seen exercising in a park which seemed accesible to everyone. Rohit was training with Team India’s assistant coach Abhishek Nayar who also happens to Rohit’s close friend.

Rohit, India’s T20 World Cup-winning captain, announced his retirement from the shortest format of the game in T20Is. However, he will continue to lead the side in Tests and ODIs.
