Manipur Security Advisor Kuldip Singh made a major announcement while addressing a press conference on September 20. Kuldip Singh stated. “900 Kuki militants have entered Manipur and the govt has received a warning that an attack can take place in or around 28 September.”He further added that security forces have taken adequate measures to counter such attacks.
