In a statement before his departure, Modi expressed enthusiasm about joining his counterparts, stating, “I look forward to joining my colleagues President Biden, Prime Minister Albanese of Australia, and Prime Minister Kishida of Japan for the Quad Summit.”
Furthermore, Modi said that the forum has become a vital alliance of like-minded nations dedicated to fostering peace, progress, and prosperity in the Indo-Pacific.
Additionally, Modi is scheduled to meet with Biden for bilateral discussions. “My meeting with President Biden will provide an opportunity to evaluate and explore new avenues to enhance the India-US Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership, benefiting both our nations and the global community,” he noted.Upon arriving in Wilmington, Modi will take part in the Fourth Quad Leaders’ Summit, where the agenda will include assessing the Quad’s advancements over the previous year and formulating strategies for future collaboration in the Indo-Pacific.
