In a tragic incident on Wednesday morning, a helicopter crashed and burst into flames in the Bavdhan area of Maharashtra‘s Pune district. Police at the scene suggest that three individuals have lost their lives in the accident, though details regarding the helicopter’s ownership—whether government or private—remain unclear.
The crash occurred in hilly terrain around 6:45 am, according to the Pimpri Chinchwad police.
“3 people died in the incident. Senior officials of Pimpri Chinchwad Police are on the spot,” Vinay Kumar Choubey, CP of Pimpri Chinchwad.
