Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan on Thursday received a threat. A case has been registered against an unidentified person at Bandra Police Station in Mumbai under section 308(4) and 351(3)(4) of BNS, according to Mumbai police.The threat caller was traced near Raipur, as per a Times Now report.
This comes after Salman Khan received a series of death threats from the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The gang, which has been targeting Salman over his alleged involvement in the killing of a black buck, demanded Rs 5 crore as ransom in the threat.
The police, taking the threat seriously, have launched a full-scale investigation, with Worli Police Station registering a case and hot on the trail of the phone number behind the message. “In the case of a threat to Actor Salman Khan, the process of registering the case is underway at Worli Police Station. The number from which the message came is being traced,” Mumbai Police said.
