The stylish right-handed batter commenced the hyear with a statement performance, as she won the Asian Cricket Council Women’s Premier Cup alongside being the leading run-scorer and Player of the Tournament.

Under her leadership, UAE Women emegred out as a promising side in 2024, as the associate nation managed to reach the knockout stages of the 2024 Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifiers.
The minnows almost pulled-off a generational shocker over the reigning Asian Cup winners – Sri Lanka Women, as Esha Oza smashed a scintillating 66 off 44 deliveries, but her compatriots failed to complement her brilliance,as Sri Lanka Women escaped with a narrow win in the semi-finals.
