<p><strong>SRH Vs GT:</strong> Gujarat Titans continue their impressive run in IPL 2025, as the 2022 champions seal their third win of the tournament by defeating Sunrisers Hyderabad by 7 wickets at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on Sunday, April 6.</p>
<p>The Match 19 fixture was one-sided right from the first ball, as GT established dominance with quick dismissals of Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma.</p>
<p>Mohammad Siraj affected both the dismissals, as the Indian pacer made full use of his first 3 overs inside the powerplay.</p>
<p>Out-of-form Ishan Kishan failed to perform once again, as he fell prey to Prasiddh Krishna, and was soon followed back into the pavilion by the likes of Nitish Kumar Reddy, Heinrich Klaasen, and Aniket Verma, who scored 31, 27, and 18 respectively. Late blows from Pat Cummins helped SRH crossed 150.</p>
<p>In reply, GT suffered jitters, as in-form batters Sai Sudarshan and Jos Buttler departed inside the powerplay.</p>
<p>GT management handed Washington Sundar a promotion at 4, and the move worked wonders, as the Indian all-rounder, alongside Shubman Gill, formed a 90-run partnership for the 3rd wicket, which shut the doors of any SRH win.</p>
<p>With the win, GT have now 6 points in IPL 2025.</p>

<p>"Well, it was not a traditional Hyderabad wicket. It was getting harder to get some fluency in your innings. We wanted to take a few early wickets in the powerplay and stay in the game. The wicket did not spin as much as we thought. There was a little bit of dew which obviously did not help us."</p>
<p>"(On the Impact Sub) No, we were in two minds actually whether to go for Chahar or Simarjeet. Actually in the first innings, we saw that the pace bowlers were getting some more help from the surface so we went with Simarjeet."</p>
