The Supreme Court is set to hear a crucial batch of petitions on Wednesday challenging the constitutional validity of the recent amendments to the Waqf Act.
A three-judge bench led by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Sanjiv Khanna, along with Justice PV Sanjay Kumar and Justice KV Viswanathan, will take up the matter at 2 pm, according to Bar and Bench.
