In her latest vlog, Archana Puran Singh and her family – husband Parmeet Sethi and kids Aryamann and Ayushmaan, were seen spending time with her mother. They learnt nani ji’s special, authentic ‘panjiri’ recipe, with their fun banter keeping fans entertained. During the vlog, Parmeet asked his mother-in-law as to why she didn’t teach Archana cooking and he was met by a savage response by her mom.
The vlog started with Archana taking a stroll in the garden with her mother, with her calling the actor-comedian ‘phool-wali’. After entering the house, the usual banter started with the grandmother explaining how both the grandsons are different from each other, she said while Ayushmaan is expressive, Aryamann isn’t. “Yeh roz roz I love you, I love you, nahi bolta,” she says to Aary. To which Ayushman jokes and adds, “Vo I love you kisi aur ke liye save karke rakha hai”.
Archana’s mother continued the joke and told Parmeet, “Isko bhi dekha tha I love you ke time par,” pointing to the couple’s love marriage in 1992. “Jab humaara I love you horaha tha,” Archana added. The elderly lady then showcased her strength by punching a the boxing bag. The family requested nani to teach them her special panjiri recipe.
While cooking, Parmeet asked his mother-in-law why she didn’t teach cooking to the actor. “Kyunki tere sang rehna tha usne (because she had to live with you),” she gave a savage response. “Yeh kya baat hui? Aapko pata tha main mind nahi karunga? (It means you knew that I wouldn’t mind)” Parmeet replied.
As Aryamann is elder to Ayushmaan, she added that she saw the former first, making Ayushmaan “second hand”. As everyone burst into laughter, he asked her, “Naani, main second hand hu?” “Maa se poocho (ask your mom),” she answered.
After the sweet dish was ready, the entire family sat together to taste it. While Archana’s father-in-law gave it a rating of 9.5/10, her mother had everythone laughing as she rated it 8/10.
