Rohtak: Four persons, including three minors, have been arrested for gunning down a financier in Sunaria village on March 22, Rohtak police said on Saturday. The minors have been sent to juvenile homes, while Anuj, the adult accused, was produced in a court.
As per the information, they had shot at Ravindra, a resident of Sunaria Kalan village, outside his house.Police had received a call from PGIMS, where the victim was taken after the incident. Doctors there had pronounced him dead upon arrival.
On the basis of complaint lodged by Ravindra’s father Dilbagh, a case was registered at the Shivaji Colony police station and a probe was launched. Preliminary investigation revealed that Ravindra faced cases of murder and attempt to murder. Investigating officer ASI Dinesh said the accused were arrested during a police raid. “Two of the minors had shot at Ravindra and another minor was involved in the conspiracy. Two country-made pistols have also been seized from them.” tnn
