Chandigarh: Punjab chief electoral officer (CEO) Sibin C has appealed to people to use c-Vigil mobile App to report model code of conduct violations ahead of Lok Sabha elections. People can also report about the distribution of any kind of inducements to voters on the app. By using this app, users capture audios, photos or videos in real-time and the app automatically enables a geo-tagging feature as soon as the user switches on their camera in the c-Vigil to report a violation, said Sibin C.TNN
